Just cancelled my prime membership, after 3 or more times of ordered products being later than originally stated.they want you to believe that you'll be receiving things by a certain date and time but they are constantly sending excuses as to why they won't be delivered on time. I just customer service declines when you get too big for your bridges amazon! Tired of being charged for subpar service. See ya amazon and a great big FU to you.

Seems Amazon is my go to shopping place. We get packages almost every day. Last six months we have hardly had any packages arive on time. We can no longer buy anything that is time sensetive and we have cut back purchases significantly. While Amazon has slipped considerably other retailers are hustling. We are shifting more to Walmart online. Another issue we see is that the third party sellers are not well screened, they are not responsive and when they are they have attitude. Amazon is not what it once was.

Always at the end of the round so around 5pm until around 8pm, Usually quoted delivery time of afternoon and keep changing the times until it ends up later afternoon or sometime in the evening. I'm paying for prime but NOT getting the prime service i deserve ! I've been prime customer some years now and buy loads yet nothing improves, ever !

We've made countless purchases we've made from Amazon over the years. Amazon was our first go-to, but in more recent times we've been shying away from them and shopping elsewhere. One thing Amazon is good for doing is promising Free Same Day Delivery if you spend X-amount of dollars on qualifying merchandise. So, we bit the hook and they weren't able to live up to their promise of Same Day Delivery. Basically, their mouth is writing checks their *** can't cash.

My Story

I RELY ON AMAZON BECAUSE I HAVE A FEAR OF GOING OUT AND HAVE SEIZURES BUT THEY KEEP ON LETTING ME DOWN AGAIN AND AGAIN AND AGAIN BY LEAVING MY ORDERS IN THE COMMUNAL AREAS OF MY FLATS AND THEY GET STOLEN!!!

Why have I done this…

Approximately 10 years ago I had a seizure, the first I knew of it was when woke up I hospital 5 days later to find that my tongue was massively swollen and had been stitched and tube sticking out of my right lung where the blood had pooled… I was lucky that somebody was with me… I have had numerous seizures since but I now live alone and they are quite scary and worrying… they leave me feeling very weak and in pain where I have fallen and struck things and the floor…

Since this happened, I have developed Agoraphobia (a fear of going out…) I live above a Tesco in Leeds UK and sometimes I struggle to pluck up the courage to go and get a pint of milk and have to get it delivered which comes with a delivery charge on top of the price of the milk… I’ve not worked since 2023 as I just cannot cope with getting there and a simple daily commute… luxuries are few and far between, so getting something delivered by Amazon regardless of how little it costs is a big thing for me…
